How Short Is Life? A Case For Living Your Dreams Now

a realistic lifespan is 32 years with the average year is 80:

80 year span,

- 12 ( growing)
- 10 ( last 10 of life as its not much you can do at 70)
- 26 if you sleep 8 hours a day

leave 32 max years

not including bullsh*t time wasted chasing women/men, watching TV, and doing a bunch of nothing which adds variables.

for golden years:

1-15 growing.
15-18 life begins. Due to puberty.
18-29 gold years. The puberty/health max. (Varied by diet)
29-40 get it together or it's over
40+ either coping (broke) or living (good income). 40s because by then you no longer look young enough to date young girls without transaction, also high chance of baldness and mass wrinkles by then.

So realistically max beauty/ life is 18-35. Subtract sleep and bs. You got about 10 golden years. Life is definitely a speed run.

so humans have about 3 decades ( 30 years) of awake life to live at the most optimized level but most people have many other variables that subract from the numbers like hour long commutes, family drama, dating drama etc... that add up.

so the point is to do your own numbers to see whats sucking your lifes energy away as everyone will average around 32. even if you make a case for living to 100 you would still subtract -20 as you won't be doing much as 80, your sleep will average 7-8 hour so its still -26 years, and its still -18 or so for growing. one can argue its -22 for growing.

All perspective. Your 20s lay down the foundation for the rest of your life. Get that right and the rest of your life is butter.

IF this helps, when you die your dead. You can "chase dreams" till you die, but when you die, your dead, and none of that sh*t matters.......unless you do something that will be eternally remembered, which most of us don't

So be happy as much as you can and live life as much as you can, but don't get caught up on the materialistic have and have nots too much. Don't be a bum, but also don't get caught up with the must haves, must haves, must haves, cause odds its not a must have and when you are dead none of what you didn't will matter anyway.............

It's an interesting perspective, but the numbers are not written in stone.

Colonel Sanders started Kentucky Fried Chicken at 65 years old. He had savings and $105 from social security a month.
At 73 years old, he sold the franchise in 1964 for over $2 million. That kind of money back in the 60's was baller status money.

A lot of entrepreneurs didn't succeed at first. Of course, you want to succeed in your gold years, but that's rare. If it doesn't happen, keep your head up.
