I made the mistake of placing an order before I created an account and the only emails I got from them was tech support replies to inquiries.

If you placed the order and put your mailing address in you should be fine but if you don’t have an account they might not have a place to contact you. I would call customer service and have them find your order and see if they can put an email address on it
