Most people will never get to 10% body fat. Iv been working out for 14 years and I stay around 15-18% while working out, doing cardio at gym and long 7-10 mile runs every other day. Some good info in here though and Iíll take and see if it helps me make a difference. To all those on they fitness journey stay strong and stay out the fridge and pantry after 9
I see you stated nothing about your diet

600 push ups a day
300 morning
300 night

Count 2 as 1

For beginners
That's a lot of junk volume, and don't skip leg day.

Talk to me about the sauna suit? I know it increases sweat but what else
Thatís all I use it for bc this is my first time in life using a treadmill. I like running outdoors (futbol) so I used the sauna suit to try to mimic the sweat I get when itís sunny. Now itís hella cold so Iím still wearing the sauna suit at the gym.

Definitely helps but a pain in the behind. You either have to have several or wash them every day. If you forget to wash it it stinks and if you forget to dry it it will stick to you. Also you have to air dry it because regular dry shrinks it. Also your sweat leaves huge salt deposits on your skin which can become a itchy distraction. I wear long John's and tee shirts under mine and they absorb most of the salt.

To be honest losing weight is mostly diet. If you eat right and have moderate exercise your body will take care of itself. If you like snacks or carbs then get at least 2 suits from Amazon. If the $50 price tag is too much you can get the same results with a lawn leaf or heavy duty garbage bag. Cut holes for yor arms and legs and go for a jog.

God bless you guys and good luck.

Good stuff my brother. Godspeed to you too. Iím on the journey and have been doing well for the past 5 months. How are you doing

My diet is pretty clean for the most part. I have a high protein diet.i usually eat a protein and a protein shake for breakfast or sometimes just a shake. Lunch is a regular high protein meal. Dinner can really be anything I have kids and a Mexican GF so if I donít do one of my meals she makes tacos or whatever I ask. Only time I really eat bad is the weekends when I have more time at home.

I'm OK but gave two kids under 6 so there are always snacks everywhere.
I been doing one meal a day and it helps but is slow. The sauna suit in a warm climate is very good. If want to be active take some seasons. It's like coffee without the crash and helps alot with appetite. My wife bought me a tread mill so I have that. The kids think it's a roller coaster lol. If you go no meat no sweets no starch you gonna drop weight fast. It's just boring. It's funny how culturally we are tied to food. I Been eating various mushrooms they are great meat substitute. God bless you and good luck. All we really have is our health and family.

Without clicking the video you can tell the guy on the thumbnail of the video use to work out even when he was out of shape. He still had some muscle definition below the fat.

I say that to say I feel like itís easier to get your body back into a form itís use to having vs someone who never worked out ever, and recreating a new form for your body. Most of these ads come off as if the person never worked out before and been overweight their entire life.
For someone who has never worked out, newbie gains come rather easily. If you are overweight/obese those first 20 - 30 pounds come off easily before you hit a plateau.

**Highlights**:

+ [00:03:08]**The variables and settings of walking**
* Involves speed, incline, duration, and frequency
* Depends on the individual's preference and adaptation
* Should not involve leaning on the treadmill
* Should be adjusted based on the calories burned
+ [00:06:36]**The accountability and consistency of walking**
* Requires tracking weight and cardio activity
* Requires creating a caloric deficit over 24 hours
* Requires paying attention to food intake and serving sizes
* Requires patience and gradual changes

I walk at least 30 minutes after I lift because it is a time where fat burning is at its highest. Usually 4.0 incline/3.6 speed. Zone 2 cardio

I try to average 10k-12k steps a day. My body fat is around 12%-15% year round. 6'1" 201lbs currently.
Iím trying to get to 201 Iím at 219 now and have been doing the walking on an incline after working out. Itís harder to do in the morning because my work day starts at 6:30 since my company is east coast based
