some ones got in their feelings, funny a*s n*ggas.....by your reponse ....of course you can relate to a clown rapper/gossip queen tea sipper like budden .....i think budden only has a handful of listenable tracks if that... the rest of his sh*t is straight basura... can he rap his a*s of? yeh... can he make decent music? not imo but if listening to rapper that has no clue how to keep a listeners attention but whiny about basic everyday life struggles using life quotes basic bi*ches post on ig over some of the most average production then yeh budden is your go to guy

how does a rapper become more know for his antics and podcast then his own music

The quality of this project was so bad but yet it still resonated with me in a heavy way, I really wonder if the fact his rawest music also had a rough draft raw sound to it accidentally worked in his benefit for those of us who came up listening to it are so attached to it because it sounded how it felt.

Cause I'ma be real his last couple projects and some of the Slaughterhouse stuff that sounded clean, wasn't hitting the same to me, even though I know the bars were up to par and real life stuff, I think it could also be I was at a better place in life as well so the lyrics didn't resonate as much outside of some here and there.

Just something to think about.

Dope a*s album. It’s a shame he didn’t blow up. At the same time I’m glad he didn’t, wouldn’t want to hear him sell out. (I know he made commercial tracks etc and experimented here and there) but overall this is the strongest budden. (Personal sh*t etc)

Random tidbit I'm glad someone as big as Nicki admitted n*ggas in rap is scared of budden. She said when Joe says sh*t that hurts rappers feelings they won't say anything because they know Joe's pen. This is exactly me. Been listening to Joey since 2004ish and his music got me thru every bad breakup/relationship/life sh*t/etc and to see his come up and my own is really dope and thats why dude will always be in my top 3
