new strategy to help me lose weight and fast.

1. I put the junk food,desserts and chips in the that refraigtor.

2. put about 5 different ropes around it.

3. tie it up.

4. put 3 more ropes on.

5. then put a lock and tape over it.

6. then when i crave it and want to break my fast. i say forgot it. because it takes about 2 minutes to 5 minutes to get this stuff tooken down to eat the unhealthy foods.

7. then it takes about 5 minutes to put back together. and it's really tiresome.

so i say fu*k it. and starve. because all the healthy frozen foods take about 1 huor to cook. and i do not have a microwave.

this method sound crazy. but it's helping me control my apeite and eat less.

but fasting gives me gas tho.

U can control cravings by eating right, not by just not eating at all.... that may make u binge eat

Eat something that will fill you. high protein, or a shake. THATS how u control cravings. Not locking up ur fridge like a s*x slave

One thing that helps with junk sugar cravings is potassium!!! Potassium attaches to glucose and helps your liver to properly store glycogen. Potassium high foods. When I eat sweet potatoes or anything high in potassium, my sugar cravings significantly start to drop. Good fats do this too.

But as others said, don't starve yourself... Will fu*k up digestive, blood sugar, muscle mass all that.

Get some cheap fruit and simple veg: tell yourself you can eat as much of that as you want as long as you get some cardio in few times a week. Develop a taste for that after a while. You be aight

you got to fast longer, you should experience less gas when you fast.

try fasting for at least 48 hours and then break the fast with a small carb source like 2 rice krispie squares. its gon replenish your liver with glycogen which kick starts the fat burning process.

dont eat then again for at least another 4/5 hours and your next meal should be high protein and clean fat, something like grass fed steak w butter and eggs.

In about 2-3 hours again eat a slow burning fiber source like oatmeal w bananas. By this point it should be near bedtime and its gon be your final meal.

Repeat the next day, except u gotta wait until around 2/3pm to break your fast and then break wit the rice krispie squares.

If you do that non stop for a couple weeks you gon be droppin fat like crazy. Do it for 3-4 months without any breaks and u prolly gon be looking like a bodybuilder as long as u got a lil bit of muscle underneath.

once every 2 weeks or so reset your system with another 48 hour fast and repeat

Moderation. Thinking meals out ahead of time. Eating more of what's good for your. Learning how to feed your cravings without falling off the wagon (e.g. if you are craving something sweet have low calorie or small serving snacks on hand). Don't underestimate the power of prayer and/or meditation. Gradually work into a sincere workout regimen. Explore exercises until you find the things that you enjoy doing or at least things that you dont hate doing. Trying new exercises can be a very good workout within itself. Work in cheat meals, but be careful with those. I would suggest once a week, but find your own groove. In fact, find your own groove with everything. Stay honest with yourself. If you're not seeing results, you're not doing enough. It's all about your personal progress my g! Good luck.

i got in trouble with my last apartment complex. hopefully i don't get in trouble with this apartment complex. so far the boss has not been in here to do a cleaning inspection.

so i am safe so far.

but the mantience seen it and did not report it.

so i don't think they care. but once covid 19 is over and the boss comes. i could be in big trouble.
