Simply put yes

Get them some negroes entertaining so we don’t have to discuss racial injustices all day and the Coronavirus pandemic that we still have no vaccine for

You gotta be a damn fool and completely insensitive to the current climate to see how racism is mainstream and needs to stay addressed over a Muthafu*kn game
I do think seizing the moment is crucial

But on the other hand If things have to get done only when there are no distractions

Then any long-term solutions are doomed

Because distractions will come back eventually

Reading in between the lines, this is a warning shot. If he cost the league not returning and millions lost, he will be kaepernick'd in the nBA.

You all are going to fall for this bullsh*t.

Kyrie wants to focus on the bigger picture, and the people who want to bring sports back are going to write whatever they can about him to make him seem like someone who shouldn't be taken seriously. . .

. . . and you all are going to fall for it. SMH.
They already ready to sell out the momentum behind George Floyd for a condensed pick up game that means nuthn without n*ggas!!!

There’s bigger sh*t going on than fu*kin basketball and lebron thirsty a*s tryna force a cheap ring. You not going to distract black America this time
n*gga Bron more engaged than 99% of the league. He just started the More Than A Vote initiative. He building a school. Lends his platform, time, money, and voice to issues. All before this sh*t went left. Oh....and he also getting ready to play again. Kyrie been real quiet until it was time to get back in the spotlight. n*gga ain't even playing, he sidelined. 2020 dudes move like 90's teenage girls.

I wonder if he and KD were playing and had the Nets as the number 1 seed would he be this vocal about not playing

They probably said no to Kyrie's liquor and sauna requests

Something seems fishy

Ask yourself what are the tax incentives for playing in Florida
Then ask yourself will any of the owner’s families be exposed to potentially Covid 19
Then ask yourself you stands to gain from seeing black off the streets protesting the most to them running around making some rich a**holes billions

Get ya priorities in order fellas

Anyone else think Kyrie is going to retire after like two seasons with KD? I don’t see him playing past like age 33

You're giving Kyrie Irving the benefit of the doubt here?

He's shown to be a selfish all about me individual who believes in flat earth conspiracy theories

He's out for the year so of course he would advocate for the NBA not playing

I'm sure it would fill his heart with glee to foil any chances of LeBron getting a ring this year

Yes he seems to be that type of person
This! There’s legit things to be concerned about, Kyrie shouldn’t be champion these. He’s been fake woke and full of sh*t.

i want the NBA to come back in the worst possible way but disruptors are good for society in general. They take you out of your comfort zone where status quo most often reign supreme. They force society or companies to be proactive and try something new or at least compromise which they rarely do. Take the XFL for example. Sure they failed but almost all of their good ideas were picked up by the NFL. Not once but twice.
