The rockets hit more 3’s than the warriors in that series. The 08 Celtics, one of the greatest teams of all time almost lost to the hawks who were far from great. You’re also ignoring the rockets literally built themselves to compete and stop GS and had faced them multiple times and built a solid game plan for both ends. Basketball is all about coaching and execution

The greatest team ever is the 72-10 Bulls. You can’t be the best team ever and lose in the Finals. Those Bulls only lost 3 games TOTAL in the playoffs too including the Finals.

To be fair, the main reason the Warriors lost is injuries. But a loss is a loss.

It differentiates year by year but the pacers/bulls/wizards/hawks were prominent during the heat run and the Celtics/raptors were better during the Cavs run he’s just lebron. It’s the same as Jordan Vs the pacers or Knicks. They weren’t bad they were just going against Jordan

He damn near had a 50% winning percentage and went up against the Magic Lakers, the Bird Celtics, the Gary Payton SuperSonics, the Bad Boy Piston and etc. During those times, the game was more physical and the three point shot was not utilized as much. I think we can all agree that Jordan was a better shooter than Lebron. Can you imagine if the three point line was a big part of the game in the 90's?. Man, Jordan would be easily the scoring champ at 6'7 within 13 years (while taking almost 2 years off). In addition, Jordan never chased rings. It was unheard of teaming up with other superstars. Also, when the game is on the line, you would you rather have the ball? MJ or Leshame James?
Keep in mind, the NBA wanted to sell the NBA more to TV audience and offense sells. So Lebron played during a generation where the NBA promoted offense, while Jordan played in a era where players damn near required NFL football pads.

Lebron is 4 of 9 or 10 (I stop counting). Draymond said that Lebron beat the greatest team ever (i.e., The Golden State Warriors). He is both right and wrong. He is right, because Lebron had the opportunity to play and beat the greatest team ever. MJ never had that opportunity because he was the greatest player on the greatest team. Man, stop.
