Use a degreaser first if you want to make the job easier. Personally I wouldn't use the Brillo pad because it's going to scratch it. Just use a microfiber towel after you spray it down with the degreaser. I detail cars all the time so little stuff like this is easy to clean for me. I work at a dealership so the chemicals I use aren't available in stores. I'll make a thread of people want it on what I do for a full car detail or if people want to know how to apply xzilon for the exterior or interior of your car. Wheel cleaning and carpet cleaning. Quick tip that you guys could do on your car to make it look nice like your tires is if you have any of that plastic/vinyl trim on your car, you can spray a tire dressing on a microfiber towel and wipe it over that to make it shine. It's a small detail but it helps.
