How much water you drinking? I stalled once I slipped on my water, started drinking over a gallon while at work, and its back to flying off. I ate way too much yesterday and still lost 2 pounds over night

All i usually drink is water if im not drinking alcohol so i stay pretty hydrated. Im prob close to 80oz of water so far today, still got a few hours left

Just started on a 16/8 IF trying to do Keto as well. Already dropped a few lbs. anyone know where I could find a good spot to learn what my macros should be to get into ketosis? I just been eating clean and trying to eat stuff with no to little carbs.

I just started 18-6 last week 2 meals a day and it was going ok but 2 days ago unintentionally started omad.. I got super busy when I was supposed to break it and just ended up doing a 24 hr and now today has been my 3rd day doing one meal a day.

It's crazy cause the hunger is non existent forthe most part. At least for now, the 24 hr fast has been pretty easy and my hunger pains are just minor if any.

Broke it with a large spring salad with spinach, probably 1.5 cups of broccoli, 5 eggs, a sausage and a Kirkland protein bar with some peanut butter, almonds and 1 avocado... oh and I sprinkle some nutritional yeast on my eggs too, fire.

sh*t was great.

Imma see how long imma rock with this.

Oh yea, no grazing throughout the day and only drink water.

proud of you g. i fu*ked up i did it for 8 to 24 hours. then ate 400 calories bag of 99 cent chips. i think now with this new techonogly i am going to order slard or from the piza store or a resturant.

Bumping this thread because it changed my fitness life. Was down to about 14.5% BF but got a damn hemorrhoid for the first time in life and had to take it easy in the gym for about a month. back down to about 15.5-16% BF and hitting new PRs in the gym.

I didn't know Intermittent fasting was a thing until my girl brought it up. I would eat, go to sleep for 7-8 hours, then go to work for 8 hours without eating until I got home after work. I don't like eating while I'm at work because it makes me feel sluggish and sleepy. Once I started doing it on the regular, I dropped a good 10-12 pounds and I wasn't even eating "healthy". I think if I was working out 4-5 days a week like I use to, I wouldn't have been able to maintain it. It's definitely not for everyone, especially if you're use to eating Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner with snacks in between

who else works out during your eating period? i'm doing 17/7. 5pm-midnight. i workout in the evenings because of work. i try to get some decent cardio in before the fasting period ends then supplement bcaa's, eat, then workout later. afterwards i k*ll a protein shake. just started so i haven't seen much results.

Fell off a little bit due to doing this damn physically exhausting warehouse job for spare investing cash to rehab a home the last 3 months.

Back up to 16.5-17%bf. Still in great shape, lifting strong, and vascular in arms, but I'm going to get my 1 gallon daily water intake back up and start back intermittent fasting.

Ladies love this semi-cut vascular power look though.

I SUCKED. I CAN'T DO IT. MONDAY AND HUESDAY FAST FOR 48 HOURS. got hungry and ate a ton of unhealthy popeyes shrimp and chinese food. thursday and friday fast for 39 hours. ate some buffalto fries and bubble gum soda.

didn't did 18 hours for saturday. fu*ked up and ate some chiense food,chips and butterfinger candy.

I AM SO AHSMED OF MYSELF.IT'S COLD AND BORING. AND CANNOT WORK OUT EITHER.
