The biggest scam is numbering cell phones.

You don’t update your TV every few years?

Or your microwave or fridge?

Why update a perfectly functional phone?

What can a new iPhone do that the old one can’t???

I browse internet, check mail, text, play pool, watch YouTube and Netflix, take photos, browse IG and Snap.

I’m still confused.

Planned obsolescence Is real btw.

Note 9 running Pie and OneUi.. This shyt so Beasty.. S10 is nice but I'm cool. I'd rather have this bezel than a notch or cut out.

Rumor has it that Samsung is perfecting cameras that can take pictures thru the screen.

I had an S7 before my Note 9 and it did everything Note 9 does.. just not good. Now I have a better camera, faster phone, better screen, better everything.. For 20 bucks a month extra? Lol easiest decision I ever made.. I got the Note 9 for 300 dollars off anyway.

No difference. Also if you financed your phone, you need to take a step back and reevaluate your life.

What good is all those features if it puts your privacy at risk I’ll stick with Apple everything is secure iMessage and FaceTime encrypted, that right there is the ice on the cake
When you say privacy at risk you do realize more celebrities are having their private photos stole from hackers accessing their iCloud right? You do also know that Apple was involved in a major sh*t storm recently with their FaceTime fiasco too as well right? Apple is no longer the king of operating systems my man. Again this is coming from someone who is currently using an iPhone. Like buddy said in the video sure iPhone is “smooth” and it also has iMessage but really what other security features are you getting from Apple? Gmail is fully encrypted and seldom if at all do you find security breaches with Google features at all. This video like I said echo’s my sentiments 100%. Apple locks down their devices so that you can’t download anything because they want you to go straight to Apple Music and iTunes to purchase your media. Meanwhile Google’s open platform lets you download Lord knows what whenever you like possibly running the risk of harmful malware attacting itself to your device yet no wide known security issues. The choice is becoming more and more clear who wants to give their consumer more bang for their buck.

Can't really compare computing tech with microwaves and TVs. Phone just get outdated after awhile. But I agree with you, updating every single year isn't necessary. I think the sweet spot is every 2-3 years.

Meant to prop......but I'm still gonna stick to my iPhone X until someone shows me something drastic that can change my mind. Apple or Android.

I need a game changer, before I buy another phone & to me none are yet

Prices of these phones are ridiculous. I'll continue to lag behind a few generations, I refuse to pay 1k for a fu*king phone. I'll grab the S10/Note 10 when the 12 or 13 drops.
Some n*ggas got it like that. Whip the stylet out to stunt on n*ggas.

Computer tech lol apps may run slow on it or not properly optimized, batteries tend to get weaker after so many charges, screen, memory, ram etc.

C'mon man..

4k resolution
Android cameras, definitely needed a upgrade \ portrait and wide angle lenses
Facial rec.
Full lcd panels with thumb print and camera built in
Running graphical intensive programs needs new tech to stay up to date.
Storage \ ram improvements
Bluetooth 3.0
Definitely need new tech for 5G
...I just woke up and had my coffee so that's off the top of my head.

But phones are mini computers now, and tech is always improving.

Now your argument is one that "ISNT" a power user. So you don't have to worry about upgrading. But since I work IT I need to have a phone that can keep up with me as a power user.

It's no interest. So yeah I could pay the phone off this second if I wanted to. But that would be stupid. There is no logical reason for me not to have a financed Note 9.

If a few hundred dollars makes a difference in your finances you need to revaluate your life.

U kids take this phone sh*t to another level
I used to be one of those people that would argue Samsung vs Apple and think people were dumb for having an iPhone till I finally realized they are the same sh*t and it really doesn't matter. 99% if apps are available on both and both have their pros and cons. Find one you like and go with that, why is that a problem for some people?

Personally I've always had Android because of the ability to customize Android anyway you want it, but that's the nerd in me and I know that's not what big deal for most people.

I don’t use Bluetooth and will avoid 5G as long as I possibly can, don’t care for 4K, never will use facial recognition or thumb print.

Nothing that I need.

My battery works great still.
