That sh*t looks like a cheap Fisher Price toy.

That being said, the outer-folding design looks better but the inner-folding design is more practical. The outer-design will always be prone to scratches. And that crease is horrendous. The being said, if Samsung can increase the screen size of the phone mode and get rid of the notch in tablet mode, I'd think it'd have the perfect design. But these are 1st-gen products so we'll have to wait for them to be refined.

This just the beginning. The next gen of fold phones are gonna be dope. But honestly, phones don’t offer much anymore except better hardware specs, these are just gimmicks to sell more sh*t.

I'm not going to lie... these companies like Samsung and Huawei are leaving Apple in the dust in terms of innovation...

but personally speaking I give no fu*ks about about a foldable phone.. I think this sh*t is a gimmick and will disappear down the line but I do think this is a step in the right direction to something bigger.

well put my dude. Unless theres a full screen mode we don't know about they definitely need to make the screen look bigger in phone mode and they might be onto something. sh*t looks like it just sits in the middle of the screen like a floating dock smh funny thing is it don't look half bad when you flip the screen

Not necessarily..it can bridge the gap between phone and tablet. There's a ton of potential here but they need to be able to make it thinner as a phone and less expensive. So far they tried to make a 2 in one but it's size makes it worse as a phone and the price and folded out screen size make it worse as a tablet. Right now you can literally buy a phone and a tablet for less and both will be better to use.

Once of these companies gonna get it done within the next few years

Man fu*k that. People in US sleep on Huawei. But on the other side of the world, they are a MAJOR company who spit out extremely popular phones. I too didnt think so until I tried one. It was a few years back (Android 4.4 to give you an idea) and it was the best phone I ever had (up until that point in time).

I wouldnt mind giving this phone a solid try. Not saying it will beat the Samsung variant, I am just saying I am not ignorantly pawning it off due to who made it.

Yea but it's ignoring that a lot of this sh*t is gimmicks... look at the tablet/laptop business... yea people buy them but for the most part people give no fu*ks about it.

Didn't know that story. However I would place more of the blame on Chinese government versus the actual company.

On the flipside, Apple and many other phone makers for Android work closely with our government too.
