Also I used to do adderall in college way before I got in the gym.

It is not crack and it wont help you lose weight. The comedown alone will make you feel sh*tty enough to k*ll yourself.

Its nothing to play with and definitely not something you take every day. Your friend gave you the wrong info.

And notice how he's not ego lifting a bunch of over-the-top heavy crap for the camera. Moderate weight lifting is key for longevity. You retain muscle and avoid injuries at the same time. Moderate heavy at the most or last resort. Never lift strenuous weight. Wish he would have went in more depth about his diet. I'd almost be willing to guarantee he cut out dairy.

Knowledge
Mental a*sumptions
Money
Time
Thinking
Physical limitations
Friends and family and other social groups


For "rich" people it is a*sumed that you can pay other people to do all the mental labor and you just show up and do the work.

For regular people that sh*t could start to get overwhelming pretty fast.*

Since It's one of those public aspirations people pay lip service to this is a*sumed on the person wanting to be fit.
