bruh.

i am going to be truthful.

every since i lose 170 pounds. 5'11 270 in 2007 to 2015.

170 in 2016

129 in 2017.

180 in 2018

138 in 2019.

now 141.

all my power and strength is gone.


i mean i got in shape and gain muscle and abs.


but i cannot lift more than 160 with the pull down weight machine. adn can't do more than 50 pounds on the shoulder machine without bones cracking and hurting.


and cannot lift like normal people do.

when i was a fat son of a bi*ch. i could lift?

don't want to get a gun or knife. because i know my mental issues or angry will cause me to do something stupid.


2. but if i fat n*gga or n*gga with weight grabs me. i am done. i can f*ght. but lose all my punching power too.


4. i feel good mentally,emotional and phiscally. but far as power.

i lift everyday. and working out. and still cannot lift more unless i binge eat or gain weight.

Happened to me too man, I dropped about 45lbs and every lift suffered, and im talking by a lot too, bench declined 20lbs, deadlift declined, felt like a bi*ch, but as long as you feel good who cares man u keep at it the strength will go up its a marathon not a race. Make sure you also dont burn yourself out man u gotta rest too thats when the tearing and repairing brings strength!

This is what I tried telling you in your fast thread that popped. There's a right way to lose weight and starving yourself. You can water fast and IF but you need to do it right and still track your macros, eat a lot of protein, and lift weights. You lost all your muscle. You didn't gain muscle, you just think that because you can finally see what you got.

You probably need to bulk now. Eat in a caloric surplus. Bulk for 2-3 months then cut.

You know anything about weight gainers ?i was thinking about getting some optimum nutrition serious Mass for bulking would it be helpful?

ON is a solid company. But a lot of these companies sell you a lot of BS in weight gainers. You just need to figure out your daily maintenance calories and eat +500. If you need help getting there, you can always make your own.
