Any tips ? I recently got a power tower I can do chin ups dips push ups all day long on it but can't seem to do more then one proper full pull up at a time

Would doing standing bent barbell/dumbell rows be helpfull?

Gotta put the reps in even if its one at a time.
Do negatives
Do holds

Doing rows is cool but if you really want to accelerate your progress you gotta work core.
Hanging Leg raises, knee raises, holds, weighted knee/leg raises.

Core is the key when it comes to bodyweight. It takes alot of reps but the strength you get is unlike anything else.

Eventually you can start doing super sets

Once you can do say 8 - 10 I'd do weighted. Other than endurance past 10 you're not going get much benefit compared to weighted.

Do push ups in between reps.
