Had my second Olympic weight lifting competition. Went 4 for 6. I attempted 155 for snatch bUT it wasn't happenenig. I hit 135 for my snatch and 205 for clean and jerk. I weighed in at 200.

Deadlift(no wraps): 365 4X
Squat(Ass To Grass): 325 2X
Bench : 285 3X(could do 300 for 1 rep as before but dropped weight to get reps in)

Squat(ATG): 330lbs 2X
Bench : 290lbs 2X

I was listed as one of the strongest welterweights but I fell off from lifting and am pretty weak now.

Stepped up my Grappling tho so I can break you swole muhf*ckers arms and legs tho.. unless you also do jiujitsu ;)

struggled with my knees caving in for a long time. About 3 months ago i began reworking my squat using resistance bands to force my knees out. So I'm slowly back on the come up

Today is also my 93rd day without any drugs or alcohol.
What a difference a year makes. That update was 12 months ago.

Today I squat 405, bench 305, deadlift 500.

At bodyweight of 236

255 for 10 on the amrap set
295 for a double
320 for a single

Chest Press Machine 520lbs
Barbell Curl 160lbs
Dip Machine 620lbs
Run 8 miles in a hour
Run 1 mile in 5:49

Thanks for asking. as of 3/4/2018 Squat 450. Bench 330. DL 500.

I've just never tried to DL more I'd imagine I'm stronger at that as well.
