Which is better for cardio? I've always used the tredmill but I'm wondering if the Stairmaster has more benefits. I heard it tones the calves and quads more.

Cardio isn’t just about running it has to do w endurance. Running can get you calves too bruh stop being ignorant

Don't worry about your calves and quads on either. StairMaster is better than treadmill in my opinion but you can't go wrong with either.

Cardio's cardio. Cardio's what is good for your heart. Personally, I'd choose the kind of cardio that keeps you motivated to get your workouts done and done efficiently.

If you want to build and tone your calves and quads more, focus on weightlifting exercises to build them.

toning more so has to do with your food intake, but either is good as cardio.. but stairs will burn you out at faster in my opinion.

if you can focus running on your toes then your calves will get bigger, but from what I hear having huge calf muscles is largely genetics

Sprinting on incline will do wonders for your calves but maybe you need to work your way up to that. You can try speedwalking kn incline with some plates in your hands, will definitely feel that burn.

i used both extensively and imo the Stairmaster is MUCH harder

when im low on time, i use the stairmaster because i know i will feel a burn quicker

in terms of toning the quads and calves, i would suggest focusing more on hitting the weights for that sorta thing. The weights would be your best option to target/grow your quads and calve muscles.

In terms of which is better for Cardio.....i really cant say. I would suggest use both. One day use the Treadmill, one day use the Stairmaster. They both have their benefits and its always good to switch things up from time to time

Try alternating between both for a month and see which one feels better for you. As long as you’re doing cardio, you’ll be good to go.

Stair master burns more calories and works more muscles than the treadmill.

Im lazy so I don't really fu*k with the stair master.
