Caffeine, like beta alanine and creatine, are the supplements with soooo much data that a you don't need this scamming clown Jim Stoppani to reiterate to you.

For those who don't know, Jim Stoppani is a scam artist who is another Fitness YouTuber that sells his sh*t programs while claiming to have gained 20-30 lbs of MUSCLE (not overall weight.... MUSCLE) in 12 weeks.

Not going to lie. Have a preworkout upon waking. 5 hours sleep maybe 6 everyday. Secondary school teacher plus 2 other jobs. Morning workout..caffiene does help but could be placebo now as I've been having caffiene for so long... Will do a clean week of no caffeine soon.

I stopped drinking so much caffeine I used to have a coffee in am another when I got to work and maybe another cup in afternoon. I stopped taking preworkouts as well and usually just drink some BCAAs during a workout. I’ll just do some green tea occasionally which has some caffeine m, but for me it definitely was a placebo

Definitely will consider cutting out the caffiene for a week or so... Along with pre workout /black coffee some may say I've got a problem.
