ok it does say zero carbs on it but i seen it said 9 carbohydrates then i subtracted the fiber .. i was kind of confused

aight, been on this since last friday. mostly hamburger patties, turkey patties, eggs, broccoli. found a quick microwave bread recipe. its trash but helps. found some recipes for desserts too, thats been helping a lot. bought to go buy some of that halo top tho. was at work and didnt bring any food. went to burger king and got the 2 for $4 croissants. its was so damn tempting not to take the bread off but i did

do yall still eat even when ur not hungry?

abt how long did it take for u to get ur energy back to norm. First couple days i was cool, past few days ive been feeling it in the gym. not so much the weights but i be tired as fk doing my cardio.

I am a month and a week in and Im down 23lbs as of this morning. Not weighing myself until next month. Ima wiegh myself on the 5th of each month since that the day I started. Lines up perfectly because my Bday is the 5 of february so Im trying to be slim or almost there by then.

After a week or two I got my energy back. My fukking legs were done during those 2 weeks. I tried to Sprint and my quads just felt dead but after that initial week or two everything is on the up and up.

If I'm not hungry I don't eat. My gym is right next to a fast food joint so I'll be leaving the gym and smell the food and my mind wants that meal but I'm not hungry. It's all mental after a certain point.

Just smashed some sardines and guac after the gym.

I load up in the morning tho. I do the bulletproof coffee about 4 or 5 slices of that pig and two eggs. Depending on what I'm training on I might have half a cup of steel cut oats with the coffee and just bacon.

Its good. Its pretty damn dense too so it will fill you up. I usually have a slice for breakfast with some eggs and bacon.

Down 26 lbs my bx comrade! I still have a long way to go..Im a big boy lol! Glad I found this thread that literally changed my eating lifestyle.

I tried the Halo Top ice cream. Black Cherry and pistachio flavors. I bought the vanilla bean but I gave it to my god pops so he could try it since he loves ice cream.

I just started this diet...

Breakfast im eatting

4 eggs w/ hot links and cheese and cream and siracha

Lunch and dinner

Ground beef/ with cabbage salad i whip up and cream in it and siracha and a side of cheese and pork rinds....

What should i add? I like to eat simple meals thats why im choosing to eat the same sh*t over and over for the first month

Half for breakfast and then the other half for a snack before or after lunch. Use this to help you get your macros together because honestly I don't count mine. I just make sure I get more healthy fats than anything else and it also depends on my training for the day but I keep my carbs between 20 - 40g.

Good looks website said my macros are i about the same from what i put....im just having a hard time not going over my dailt protien goal
