It's not a trend it's one of the oldest eating regimens for lasting health. Its only considered a "trend" because people like to use old information from spiritual texts and repurpose it as new information. Like how the book "the secret" got so popular and it just talks about one of the many Universal Laws.

Your body doesn't "shut off" that makes no sense. Your body is digesting at that time which is why eating a lot before bed is so bad because you are making you working harder than it needs to so it uses more energy to digest instead of repairing.

If you are doing these things you will have a higher s*x drive. Once you get used to the amount of energy you have you may not even want to have s*x if you don't know how to hold your semen.

It's not a meme ...

It's the blueprint I followed

After watching many of my friends in my same age bracket fall victim to illness and disease

I'll be 40 next year

I haven't been bed ridden over a decade ....ain't on any medication ..and never had the flu or any serious illness

Cause I kept it simple


Plenty of water...rest.....didn't hang around negative people or get stressed and saved my money...because we all know being BROKE can make you sick as well....

You don't know how your body works. A regular regimen of fasting & detox, healthy exercise, meditation, and proper nutrition and you will be straight.

The average person eats way too much and doesn't get enough sun, water, and sleep. In addition, their negative thoughts lead to cortisol buildup causing hormonal issues
You don't know the way disease works. You can preach living a healthier life..which by all means..but to preach that you can absolutely prevent disease is irresponsible bullsh*t.
