Home gym equipment

So I already know that I may not be able to replicate what I can get in a full blown gym. But I know that being able to make it to the gym on a constant basis is something that I will have trouble to do.

So I'm looking for some equipment to setup at home.. I don't want to put a budget so that I can get all options possible . I currently have some blowflex 552 dumbbells.

Workout goals would be more for weight training as my skinny a*s doesn't need to be doing any more cardio with my high a*s metabolism lol.

So yeah let me know what the beat equipment. I have 1/3 of a 3 car garage to fill so I have room. For maybe 2-3 machines depending on size of course.

If you only have 1/3 of a 3 car garage, just get a full cage power rack with a bench, barbell and plates. Get some horse stall mats for your flooring. That alone WILL have you grow and get stronger...

I think that Jake Cavalier got some good workouts for someone who doesnt have any equipment at all but his eating plan and workout info will cost u some bread, prolly like $100. To me, if u got barbells u could pretty much get it done with that and just eat a lot, as healthy as possible obviously.

Yeah I've made some great progress with just a workout bench and my dumbbells and a good meal plan. But honestly I got tired of eating and not being able to put on weight.. I was doing 3k +calories where my maintain was about 1k less.

Do you have a budget? If cost is a major factor, thatíll dictate my response.

So many cages thatíll do the job, just read reviews. A good weight bench is CRUCIAL tho. I personally recommend Deluxe Steelbody weightbench

Its the most solid home bench Iíve ever felt in my LIFE. And it adjusts easy for inclines. Rolls smooth too. Absolutely no rocking and a nice wide back for benching. $169-$199

me too. i am tired of walking 2 hours to the gym. and i am finna leave from a senior citizen hud apartment to a 3 bedroom hud apartment/townhouse.

and got a basement. and the gym is far from my house. the closest is the ymca and planet fitness. and i got bad breathe and hyigene issues.

so it's a no for me. and i hate sharing and waiting on other n*ggas to get done.

Never buying any workout equipment from Walmart again. a fu*king so called sturdy bench just gave out on me one day.. I was well below the weight range. Luckily I didn't injury myself but scared me sh*tless..

So be careful and spend your money on better quality equipment

So far looking into the following:

Wonder if its even worth getting the lat pull down since I already have dumbells and do some of that already.. Need to find a good bar and weights now.. Never realized a good bar can run around $400+ .. got damn lol
