82” 8K UHD Samsung for tv/movies/racing sim/sports in our den/home theater room.

49” 4K UHD Sony for PS4/other gaming in my office/man cave.

And I have several other 49”, 55”, and a 65” 4K Samsung’s around the rest of the house.

I feel like the Sony in my office is the best in terms of picture/performance. I was gaming on one of the 55” ones and someone on here convinced me to go smaller and it’s made all the difference.

65" OLED

I was scared to get an OLED at first because some were talking about burn-in like Plasmas, but I haven't had any issues after a year. The contrast on OLEDs are amazing.
Only thing that's keeping me away, I've been to stores that have OLEDs displayed with insane burn-in. LED till Samsung releases its MicroLED tv's

Anyone have a projector setup? Looking for feedback. Just got a new crib, and we have a nice wall in the family room to project onto.

The close one right now is a lg tv, but still won't come close to a monitor maybe in 2 years we'll see it.

Have you gamed on the 82"? I got the 55, I can only imagine how nice the 82 is.

I’ve tried it obviously. I played COD: Blackout on it a few times but I mostly play F1 on it with my seat/wheel setup if I game on it. It’s honestly mostly used to watch movies and tv and sh*t.

I was gaming on a 55” and someone on here recommended going down in size and it was great suggestion.

I wouldn’t go bigger if I were you. It sort of “slows” it down almost because your eyes can’t take it all in without making yourself sick.

Well since it's in the thread, one of yall tech dudes let me know, what is the best TV for gaming. I'm a*suming it's the picture that matters.

AND

If you go the monitor route, what is the best?

I'm a*suming the concept on smaller monitors is better picture and you dont need to move your head to see everything. Is that a fair a*sessment.
if you are playing any type of game where internet and fast reaction time matters you need a monitor, I use Alienware 25 Gaming Monitor - AW2518Hf, very fast response time, I mostly play fortnite & call of duty on it...….. sometimes madden but I can play madden on anything. I don't like anything bigger than 25 inch for fps games because of the area your eyes have to cover and the mouse response time etc on it. 25 is the sweet spot for me personally. if your not playing shooter games and high speed internet based games you can basically just get whatever tv looks the best to you and enjoy the game your playing.
