Two girls, ages 13 and 15, who were charged with the murder and carjacking of a Pakistani immigrant k*lled last month while working at his job delivering food in Washington, DC, have reportedly reached a plea deal with prosecutors.

Mohammad Anwar, 66, died when police said the girls, armed with a taser, sped off in his car as he clung to the driver's side with the door open and crashed seconds later just outside the ballpark of the Washington Nationals.

On Monday, the teens reportedly reached the plea deal with prosecutors that would ensure they will not be held past the age of 21 nor be placed in a prison facility.

I understand why you don't wanna put them in prison forever but they atleast need a house arrest curfew until they like 35 and have to check in for probation for the next 20-25 years. They have to pay for that life they took prematurely.

Only way you get thrown under the jail is being a black man. There's black men in jail right now for non-violent crimes that'll still be in there way past when these girls get out. We still see reports of black men just now getting out at 60+ for stealing and other crimes you suppose to get 1-3 years max.

On the 1 hand it was a terrible event that transpired which left a person dead
On the other hand..they're hella young and not making excuses but their home environment may have contributed to a decision like this....
Should they receive punishment, ABSOLUTELY...however if Jail/Prison is about "reform" then they are young enough to be steered in the right direction...

That part. I agree..they are young enough to learn a hard lesson a very hard way. Locking them up and throwing away the key just makes 3 lives lost

They hopped out the car and had no remorse. Dude body was right there mangled. I know n*ggas who got charged wit murder at 15 doing life. These hoes need to be under the jail.
