Man a part of it that's mindblowing is that the year he moved his headquarters to ATL is the same year I moved down here ... It's literally that close to home (no pun intended lol)

I think we both kinda got the idea that the NYC metro market is overly saturated at this point

It's interesting to see the plans for Newark and Baltimore though (and Detroit to a lesser degree)

The thing about Newark that's intriguing is it's proximity to NYC...closer to Mahattan than some boroughs, but if you want to fix the rest of Newark, you have to fix the surrounding areas too...but yeah Newark is def going up as of recently


I've checked out Philly a bit, know a lot of ppl investing in the area...I think they're plagued with the same problem Baltimore is, a lot of rowhomes jumbled together with small streets and no porches (as far as homes that can be bought for bargains)...im sure you know the ones I'm talking about, but then again, these are world/nation class cities, and Baltimore is right outside of D.C., and we all know D.C. is priced all the way out by now

Detroit's development is intriguing af, just don't know too much about the city since..the shift is moving from the Midwestern/colder/industrial cities, but Michigan and surrounding states still have a significant population


Man and Atlanta, idk how national it is, or maybe since I'm in the mix I'm accustomed to it, but this is literally probably the hottest market in the entire country...like literally...the days of people moving down here for an extreme bargain is going to soon fade...those once 200k homes that most Northerners and West Coasters look at as chump change is about to slowly creep up to 300k and 400k..so if you're planning to move down here, def get in on the right side of the appreciation rather than the wrong side
