I always love to see a black man come up, but not like this. This isn't good for society. Bringing Jay-Z, a former drug dealer, in this type of role sends a bad message even if it is just subliminally. It further erodes the decayed morals and principals of society. It glorifies crime on too big of a level.

I know he has a name, but get someone with high principals in there. Someone that can be a role model for the youth.

I mean, you have to question it.

The NFL is a league of 32 owners who all support trump. Who all support policies that take from everyone to give to themselves. Who treat players like mere commodities... to be discarded at any point in time, once they lose a bit of usefulness.

How is that kind of organization, with those kinds of people... an attractive entity that you want to do business with?
lmao that is how professional sports works. u don't get paid pity millions to suck.

For all this... Kaep should be in the league. The bigger picture is if we have a young bull that wants to sacrifice his career for the culture in the future, he will think twice cause of Kaep which will hurt the culture as a hold. So making Kaep an example will always be in the minds of anyone that wants to push the culture forward.. Awarding Kaep by letting him play will breed more warriors for culture, but the NFL is opting not to allow this..

Basically they bought JZ out sending a message that justice can be silenced with money.. Not having a warrior for the culture seems to be of importance to their race : MLk, Malcom X, Minister Muhammed, ect.... These types of warriors not having a voice is the most important a*set to their culture..

JZ needs to get that man back into the league. This will send the biggest statement of them all.. The hell with singing and dancing in the super-bowl..

When I see 'stop police brutality' commercials like I've seen with domestic abuse after the Ray rice thing, then I'll believe they tryna do better. No one is calling out these cops. It's not about the good cops but if u good and watch brutality happen, then u not a good cops either

It's funny how people giving Jay the benefit of the doubt even though he has showed nothing for him to get that benefit but then talk sh*t about the black dudes who met with Trump, even before y'all found out what the meetings were about.

What exactly will that accomplish?

Just like seeing an ad isnít going to make a woman beater stop, what the fu*k is an ad like that going to do to a cop?

Absolutely nothing. Why do you care so much about something so futile?

Yeah it's weird not sure how they can change the narrative if they dont try something, this seems like them trying something rather than just remaining on the sideline. The NFL allowing Jay-Z to have a hand dictating its entertainment seems like a decent step forward. Gotta crawl before you walk...

Once again why do we need rich billionaires in a partnership for them to advocate for justice for all. One of which is a man who would be convicted of a crime if he was not rich.

This shows the real issue with our country

Black people, all we do is talk about what we NEED to do. You can slap my post, but you know it's true. If we were on our sh*t, we wouldn't be where we are. Racism explains only half the story. Racism is offense, but we're playing poor defense and poor offense. No team chemistry. This is why we lose.

My point is, black people instinctively know we have no real community, and they're not leaving a bag on the table for a fractured community that knows it's fractured, but don't do enough to change it.

There are a lot of sell-outs, sure, but what about the vast majority of the community selling themselves short? It's easy for some people to sell out a community that they don't take seriously. Black people will cancel you(Destroy), but what do we build?

Most of us can't leave our house and apply to a black owned company that'll pay us good money. Most of us can't do that, if not all. You know how bad that is? It's like you're doomed to work for white or non-black people.
Facts bro. There is no unity in the black community. It stems from the Jim Crow. The effects of that were designed to last generations.

Eric Reid never went at Jay-Z. SI is being real deceitful with it's writing and y'all are playing right into it. All Eric did was reply to Jemele's tweet and some dumbass tweeted something real stupid so he set him straight

Because it’s in the best interest of their business to act like they care when one of their employees gets caught beating a woman.

Do you honestly believe those ads make a difference simply because they make them?

While I agree with the premise that this is a bigger issue than Kaepernick, the NFL clearly wants to display that they're cool with the idea of social justice without discussing what made many question their thoughts about it in the first place.

Roc Nation/Jay had the leverage here to say "Alright, we'll partner with ya'll but only if Kaepernick gets a FAIR shot in the NFL." Basically, Roc Nation is letting them have their cake and eat it too.
