You would get annoyed pretty quick stopping all the time in a Tesla. I'm choosing the Durango

My Raptor truck. Easily.

However, I'd never do that drive again in a million years. I did it like 10 years ago. sh*t took almost 4 days because of the stops.

Less fuel stops. Although, with the tech we have now with our engines and transmissions, our V8s are able to get upwards of 30mpg highway, why settle for that when you could get 50-60mpg in the hybrid though?

Valid point. Horsepower is important to me too lol but I thought about it and it's not like I'll be able to stab on the throttle whenever I want without losing my license and that also makes your mpg decrease dramatically. On a trip across country, those rips from 80 to 140 count for a lot. You'll find yourself constantly stopping for gas.

Moved from Detroit to Phoenix a couple weeks ago. Drove from Detroit to Atlanta, to Dallas, to New Mexico, then to Phoenix in four days. Car was a trooper. Spent no more than $160 on gas the whole trip. Love my compass. But Iím definitely getting something bigger next time. Maybe a Durango.
Did you go sightseeing? Geographically that's not the way to go... LOL

In January my wife and I drove from Toledo to LA... We stopped for gas of course but we made it to Amarillo stayed the night and finished the drive... We did this in a 2017 Grand Cherokee... ran like a champ...

Yeah it was out the way but i wanted to see my sis and meet my baby niece in Atlanta. I also wanted to avoid any winter weather since I had never driven that far before. We also have a small dog so we had to stop for her too. Still a dope trip, got to see a lot of the country I had never seen before.

My next car is going to be a grand cherokee. I get down with Jeeps, they're good trucks.
