So I will be going from this:
To this:
I've been using T-Outliner for around 10 years. But lately I've been getting dark marks/razor bumps. So I would like a change. How do I tr@nsition to this new shaver? I heard that it takes time for my face to get used to a new shaver. I just hope this new shaver doesn't exacerbate any issues on my face.
Is it better to go with a dry shave or shave with shaving cream/gel?
I just dont want to end up with this around my face

It took me a good lil minute to realize this when i got older and the more i used the outliners. I have been using only the ANDIS T Outliners and here's some tips that help me keep the bumps away.
I know you want to be fresh asf but give your facial hair a chance to grow out every so often so you can avoid in grown hairs. Constant shaving will risk your chance of bumps, especially wit clippers and thats with all of them.
Clean your blades and keep your clippers Oiled up!
When shaving, always follow the direction of your hair growth. Do not cut against the grain. Blades or clippers
wash your face good or just use a heated cloth on it and let it air dry before shaving.
Facial Moisterizure is your friend after shaving.
Change your blades out too, dull blades split your ends and all that crazy sh1t
I'm black, these are Just a few off the top of my head that i follow. Not the bible but they should help
