I remember when running 8 miles was a big deal to me... Ran 14.55 miles today

Took some time off from running ( 10 months ) recently been running every other day clocking a total of 8 sometimes more miles a week currently.

Before I stopped I was running closer to 20 a week at around 7 mins a mile


I feel like I canít get my cardio back. Iím gassed if I run a 7.5 minute mile right now.

Is this normal and Iím being impatient or what do you think?
7.5 minute mile. im happy if i can make it under 10 minutes.

I do 15 min like 250 calories 1.5 miles n I'm good..fu*k all this marathon sh*t. if I'm tryna get in some good cardio I go play ball or call some friends to run routes. it's hard to push to that second wind without true motivation, in sports ur doing it to win.

Anything over 2 is overkill. gonna mess up your body running that much all the time joints, knees, ect

Awhile back I jogged for 30 minutes straight and I’m no small dude I forgot how many miles it was but maybe the reason I can do that is because my history in cross country and basketball running up and down a court

I can't do more than 2 miles, I get bored quick

10 years ago a 60 minute run was a warm up to me but it fu*ked up my right knee

I probably need to get a treadmill at home and a 30 minute run everyday before work
