I fall asleep with the TV on and sleep timer on. I use a blindfold though, I mainly just want the background noise I suppose. Don't watch any TV in the morning so half that list doesn't apply it seems.

I can't sleep without there being a TV on, for me I actually need it to fall asleep. When my body is ready for sleep I just shut my eyes and knock out, as soon as I don't hear the TV in the background while asleep I immediately wake up as if I need the TV on to muffle out any other background noises that may arise.
Iíd suggest you visit a psychologist. That is usually a symptom of some deep seeded issue bro.

Most of us have a routine in the morning. Have a routine at night, that doesn't involve televisions, and it shouldn't matter if it's there or not.

Which one would u recommend?
one with keystone correction
wifi and built in apps
max screen size specified with the proper distance noted
decent amount of lumens (brightness)
and resolution

if it has all that it’s typically a good one

just scoop one off amazon in the $200-$300 range

they’re really cheap compared to tvs and are better to me and really small in size

I sleep like a baby with a TV in my room. The TV makes it so I can't think about all my problems and sh*t.

I turn on a comedy special or podcast or TV show that I don't have to pay full attention to. I'm sleep in like 10 minutes
I canít sleep without it Iím the same way

Been there, done that, also saw a hypnotherapist and not much help toward my sleep. I'm just used to it since young, my brother always used to turn the TV off but I'd wake back up and turn it back on.
I've lived in Washington Heights my whole life and back at my moms place the highway was literally out the window so all those trucks passing by throughout those years bothered me with them loud a*s exhausts, shifting gears, screeching tires, etc. so the TV helped muffle that, either that or sleep with some low music.

Funny today I was listening to "satisfy you" by Puff omw to work. And I fancied the thought of putting our phones down for an hour. At least and just talking to each other.

Not showing each other memes or some funny or sad sh*t we saw online earlier.

Also, when I lived alone, I stopped watching t.v. in bedroom.

I read an article that mentioned the brain should a*sociate the bed with s*x and sleep.

If it starts to a*sociate it for reading, watching t.v. etc, it won't know when you're doing either

My fiance loves to watch TV in bed. I hate it. Being sprawled out on the couch is just a better experience for me.
