completed a month without any alcohol then i drank 2 beers last night..i am kinda over it honestly lol.I think I am gonna stick to drinking on occasion and stick to wine and mixed drinks..fu*k beer

I stay away from the basic sh*t and the Stouts/porters

Cutting season is coming up though so it might be time to switch to tequila/vodka/gin

nothing pairs with food like a good beer

having said that, I like to socially drink, so that means I like to sip

can't really sip on a mix drink, they're too sugary

so I just been doing straight tequila with lime--sh*t gets pricy though

Yes. Id said there's a good chance you'll see results. I'm not talking calories though. Alcohol suppresses testosterone and increases estrogen. It also screws up your liver which is another organ that metabolizes fat. Many times extra belly fat in men is connected to hormone levels. Dropping alcohol helps you burn more fat. Especially if you're a man. Simple as that. You just need to stay dedicated to it.
Great post. I guess this why its harder to lose weight once you get old and still want to drink on the weekends.

I used to. Today makes 99 days without a drink.

I would ruin a whole weeks progress drinking on the weekend.

The problem wasn't just the calories in the fifth I would drink, but once I was buzzed I would make horrible food choices.

Your body metabolizes any alcohol in your system FIRST. Anything you eat after chips, pizza, burgers those calories are immediately being stored as fat.

This. I need to stop drinking totally until Iose 60lbs. Cause a n*gga tired of phucking up the weeks progress because of the weekend weakness of needing a drink like a bi*ch.

But I let every little thing get in my way and then negotiate with myself to have a drink.

Its like I will be cool and then my girl inviting people over when a n*gga dont feel like entertaining.
