Kenpo-X is one of the best, and funnest cardio workouts I've ever done. Cardio-X probably burns more calories (I tried that one out a couple years back), but with Kenpo it's all about continuous movement, and f!ghting moves (essentially). Seriously though, if you haven't tried P90X yet, get on it. You won't regret it.
And for the first few weeks it's not all about your gains - it's about being refreshed every day having done a monumental workout. I've seen a few gains - not many - but like I said in a previous post, I'm hitting more pull-ups, more pushups, more reps when I left, and I'm quicker on my feet (because of Plyo).
Props on the progress. I was so close to doing this but decided to do compound lifts and HIIT. When i am done, i may get on this.

Have you taken your b/f % / weight after the first phase?

I just use the machine, they are everywhere - Gym, Boots, Supermarket

Or you can get some body fat calipers, they are not expensive

just a lil tip for those wanting to be on a diet but can't afford it, my advice is to buy a whole chicken, for us in the US, buying a rottissiere(sp?) chicken is only 4.99 at walmart, costco, publix or kroger. This way, you dont have to worry about even cooking it. It's really cheap... I go through 2 chickens/week and is light on the budget.
dopeeeeee, should we eat the skin too? is eating it with rice okay? whats a good drink idea? always drinking simply delight orange juice okay?

I just finished my first week... i do Ab RipperX on Monday, WEdnesday and Friday's right behind the regular workout...its no joke but i feel different already...energy is back, my diet is a million times better, i use the MyFitnessPal app to monitor my diet/calorie intake...

you never really know how unhealthy ur diet is until u start paying attention to it...i was eating 4000+ calories a day before i started working out...now i keep it to 2300 based on weight/height/age..

I am on the hunt for a good recovery drink now, i have tried the Abb drink from Vitamin Shoppe and it tastes nasty...

Yoga is NO JOKE.... I never thought holding a pose would make me sweat like it did....

Today was the 7th day. I chose to rest instead of x streatch. Id say yoga was the toughest out of all of em. I still need to work on my diet and definitely aim on getting a recovery drink.

Completed arms execise + ab ripper. I def got a lot more done than last week on the same routine. Still need to work on diet instead of eating random healthy foods

Fucccccccccccccccckkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk.I am really outta shape.

Was I suppose to eat first?

I am 235 lbs.I wanna cut down to 190 or so.

I started with the core synergy.
I was winded from the warm up,I made it 20 mins before I had to stop.

It is a damn hour man.Imma do the rest tonight.

It helps to eat before .. but not too close to when you do it.

I just did Core last week in the classic phase... It was definitely hard.. Keep it up though.. You don't have to keep up with them.. just do it at your own pace and try and finish the whole video.

And in my opinion, Core Synergetics is the hardest video.

You don't goto academy until well after that.

Considered getting on this sh*t tho, just my apartment can't do a pull up bar (frames too thin) and I don't have much free time right now except for sleeping.
