Everyone has abs. The vast majority don't have a low enough body percentage to see them. Flutter kicks and crunches don't mean anything without a low enough body fat percentage to reveal your waist line, abdomen and core.

im in phase 1 , I alternative the two workouts weekly ...

i usually go to the gym before work , or after ...

theres pro's and con's to going to the gym before work and after ..

so the pro's before going to work
theres bi#ches there , which motivates me more

and its just a good feeling to be around other people since i rarely spend time with people as it is and my job is pretty isolating ..also doing my workout early is a good start to the day and i usually am in a better mood for the rest of the day ...

the cons of going before work
i am usually pressed for time , so i gotta get in there and get out ,its a lot busier which means sometimes my machines are taken ....can get self conscious once in awhile ...but all in all if i go before work im always looking at the time


pro's of going after work
gym is completely empty you have the whole gym to yourself basically....

cons of going after work
sometimes you dont go at all since its so late

but nah there really ain't no cons per say ...if you a person who likes peace and being left alone...its really the best time for you and btw im talking about at midnight ...not 4pm or anything...i get off work at midnight so i guess its different from everyone else ...who works a 9-5 or something ...

for some people its the opposite i know ..due to different schedules ...


my actual workout takes about an hour ...sometimes less...its only three excercises ...but they do have warmup sets too....

if i have time i get on the treadmill for another 40 mins ..

i learn everything from youtube

i do look better but haven't lost or gained weight ...i've been eating the same ...maybe more rice though ...

Finally eating clean and working out at the same time for the past two weeks. It was always eating good and not working out or working out daily and eating crappy. I have been logging out my reps and sets on a whiteboard to stay motivated. idk what it is for me but writing down my reps in a journal was what I was doing but now I'm doing and whiteboard. the plan is to keep going.

I did this 2 years ago

1. I did 17 days straight but my body needed a rest, sh1t started to hurt and lock in. I took 2 days off and did them every other day.

2. Also you do need to do pull ups while doing 100 push ups a day. Push ups and pull ups work together. It’s like working one arm (push ups) and not the other (pull ups)


3. If you do try these 100 push ups a day every day, make sure you stretch before and after.

4. You will do your push ups faster and want to do more after 2 weeks

Advice, do more core work lol. Core work isn’t just crunches or sit ups. If thoses are uncomfortable (and really there’s no reason for dumbbell crunches FYI) do planks, flutter kicks, leg raises. If you don’t do abs often yeah they are going to be bothersome until you get a legit rhythm going doing them often. It’ll suck. Also could be your technique on crunches and sit-ups.



Could also be your core is just really weak right now. I say do planks, flutter kicks, leg raises and see how you feel from there.
