The body I don’t want is large muscles with no definition in them. I see them all over. It could be from not resting between sets and days. I’m going for muscle density. Same strength in 50% less mass.
Remember, muscle definition is dependent on your body fat. If you want more definition and it's not showing? You gotta lose some weight to lose some body fat.

Those guys that have little to no definition have a higher body fat percentage that's high enough to not get the definition that you're aiming for. That is NOT dependent on the amount of rest between sets and days...
