naw not really. last time i ate was wenesday at 5pm.

so i am at the 72 hour mark. and i am so starving. so to help k*ll my cravings and help me fast. makes me feel like i am eaating all day.

I chew on big gumball for about 6 horus. but the gumball said 30 calories 5g of carbs.


after chewing about 20 of them. or 30. you can see it how the carloies and carbs adds up.


i really good at avoiding sugar and junk food for 24 hours or 38. but usually around the 48 hours mark. i slip up.

but if it wasn't for the gum. i would be sugar free. i don't eat candy,swwets and cakes. untiul 48 hours is up.

my addiction is chips.

Ran in a 5k for wounded warriors this morning in Georgetown, here my time and finish. Happy because this is pretty good for my first official 5k event, disappointed because I wanted a medal. So my goals shifting to get a medal in this event(for my age group 30-40. Next one is in 2 weeks June 29th and I’ll be there.

4. he told alabama coach and high shcool coach. that he tried but he could not gain. no matter what he ate he was naturally born skinny.

so you either accept me or you don't! say the same thang to nfl coaches

so if some n*ggas have trouble gaining weight what makes you think its not the same with losing weight. the only way i can maintain my weight is if i eat one meal a day or 24 horus of fasting.

I deadlifted 500lbs finally. Took me 17 years.

Funny, I looked much more muscular in my younger years but I was much weaker than I am now.

Been lifting daily still.


I Felt motivated yesterday morning and ran/walked 3 miles. Woke up and went to do that again today, and I was able to run more.


I am going to run every day here until I leave for my visit to Iowa, then run all 12 days there.

I am going to lift some tonight too but mainly stretch.
