Y'all in the lottery every year. Got the biggest bad contract of all... an owner that you can't get rid of. Dolan been chasing Masai about a year after he refused the Lowry trade. Dolan been talking money and MAsai been ignoring.

Masai came to Toronto because the raptors promised to fire the entire staff, move Colangelo to a non-basketball role, built a brand new training facility, and promised basically no road blocks.. hence allowing Masai to go into the luxury tax AFTER spending all that money on staff and facilities.
