No I ain't no guru it's basic common sense sh*t. I was fat I didn't ane anyone, I knew why I was fat because I didn't care at the time and I wanted to eat like sh*t everyday no fu*ks given. Simple 1+1=2 weight loss "gurus" don't exist except to weak people looking for something anything but hard work and dedication. They want surgery, pills, to do all the work for them. Nah I took a eca stack my thread is still stickied in the fitness section but I knew it was a aid not the answer.

I just left the community park pool while trying to get some laps in.

Every lifeguard and parent was looking at me like a pedophile because all 3 pools were filled with kids.

And the sh*ts only open for 4hrs to the public and it looks like kids are there from open to close.

So now I aint going back because it felt wack to try and get my swimming exercises on in that element.

I wish I had my own pool.
