I fell off the wagon hard the last 2 weeks just had my last meal which was a spicey chicken Asiago sandwhich meal from Wendy’s and I’m getting back on my sh*t goal is to drop to 175 currently at 195

As someone who has tried keto diets, I don't know how you all find the energy for a good workout. Even after a month of trying keto I felt like every workout I would hit a wall halfway through.

Just wanted to give an update today is day 60 and im officially down 32 lbs

I'm very happy

No longer following specific meal plans just keeping my macros on point and finding low carb recipes

Yesterday i prepared some mozarella cheese sticks with pork rind crumbs italian seasoning garlic powder and put them in the freezer, today ill be baking them in the oven.

Also wanna point out that i didnt even workout much this month since i was so busy, if i would have I probably would have lost more but I'll take it

I don't eat this way anymore. I eat low carb though. No issues with losing weight.

Legit a lot of people who are on Keto diet and actually workout, carb cycle. The rest don't and swear up and down your energy levels will adjust for working out. After nearly 2 months of nearly passing out at the gym because my sugar would bottom out. I went back to a low carb diet. I still lose weight but not at fast. Plus keto diet was hella expensive for me and there is only 2 people in my family.

I hopped on this, lost 80 lbs in about a year.

Put MULTIPLE folks on it, and they all had amazing results. Some losing up to 100lbs in 9 months.

I leveled out with energy. Though to be fair, I wasn't doing crazy amounts of lifting, just cardio. But I would do 10 mile runs no problem. I'd say I average 75 miles a week on a slow week.
