Hopefully they develop non downtown areas... Or the Eastside
Gentrification getting real in downtown Detroit. I hope they develop outside downtown as well. But where are the people who can't afford the homes going to go?

Next 5-10 years should be interesting to see.

Expected cities in Mississippi and Arkansas to make the list. If anything, that makes those places worse

With a 1.5 million living in the metro and 4 million total if you count Reynosa which is right beside it, no, lots of people. The issue people have is culture, if you canít stand it you wonít be happy.

Notice on the list the population for Brownsville increased compared to the rest. Thatís the valley in general, population keeps rising. Itíll look like San Antonio in 15 years.

Like I said if you got some money to invest itís a good area for long term real estate holding. Cost of living dirt cheap. Building a home dirt cheap. But as it expands thatíll change.

thanks for the clarification. Cause from the looks of it it looked like a senior citizen paradise but you cant really go by images

IF you’re buying homes right now to live in you’re fu*king retarded.

If you’re buying homes to flip, that won’t be completed by Q3/Q4 ‘19 you’re fu*king dumb.

Housing Market is crashing as we speak.

Wait it out.

I think we see a 40% decrease.

Not surprising all these places but 1 be getting cold af! No one wants to honestly live where it be cold.

Thing you and other cats don't understand, is how the feeling of going through FOUR seasons is.

Going out to hang in the fall on weekends sportin' your leathers and courderoy and Tim's,Laying up with your lady most days of The cold winter,The first hints of spring when leaves start budding on the trees and rain smell..... All means summer is on its way

Bro, that's overrated imho. I can just take a trip somewhere cold if I want it! I can't stand the cold and it sucks for the people who die because of the cold or ice. If I could just stay inside in a cabin in the winter, I'd be ok, but having obligations to do stuff in that bs is for the birds. And I'm talking winter not fall cause here in LA, it gets down to 55 at night so I can wear my pea coat and timbs if I want
