You can get a 300% increase in hgh by day two of a fast. Working out will make muscle cells bigger. Working out with increaed HGH makes muscle cells divide.

Fasts also increase your insulin sensitivity so if you fast than transition into a bulk an increase in protein absorbtion should lead into an increase in protein synthesis= more muscle growth.

All that and a shock to the system to burn off cortisol there is no reason why you shouldn't try to incorporating a short fast. None this 15 day sh*t unless your in really bad shape.

I dis agree. This is a quick cut/weightloss similar to lemon detox.
15 days is mostly water & fecal matter.
I did 30 days lost 60lbs roughly 2 per day.
Went from 240 to about 180 in 31 days.
Now only doing intermittent fasting as a lifestyle not fad.
Doing 23:1, 22:2, 5:2 & 1:1's

Hours fasting:Hours eating 23:1, 22:2, 20:4,

Days Fasting:Days Eating 5:2 , 1:1 (1 day eat : 1 da fast)

Just alternating between eating and not eating if I am not fasting a full day on that day

no food for 5 days. plus excerise? you serious? i know 24 to 48 hours maybe.

but a whole week without food? is consider safe? are you fu*king serious bro?

this is bullsh*t and not healthy. as somebody who starve myself for 12 and 24 hours. the most the body needs to fast is 48 hours.

i mean in the span of 48 hours would a 180 calorie healthy chioci chicken and broccli meal hurt.

or cauliflower mash potato which is a whole plate full for 160 calories.

would 44 cauliflower crackers or 2 cup of skinny pop popcorn be that bad?

that litterly 220 calories in 2 days. you workout you burn like 800 calories in 2 days. and be -600 calories?

true i seeen corner middle east do that. and then they was eating debbie cakes and hcips. after the fast was up.

and they do it for religious purposes too.
