that's me this morning and that's me before on Saturday when I started !




I know it's not an amazing transformation but i still thought it was worth sharing to the bx public

this journey wasn't just about weight loss it was about self discipline, for a long time I struggled with instant gratification, whether it be cigarettes, alchohol, pr0n, going to McDonalds at 3 am , all of that sh*t became my crutch , but I have realized that its not about the reward , its about the journey it takes to get there and that struggling is okay, you have to feel uncomfortable to reach the promise land !

so yeah that's something that most people know and are taught at an early age but I never really fully grasped it (maybe I wasn't willing to )

so long story short I saw this as personal growth as opposed to some "I need to be skinny sh*t"

I could have kept going but its thanks givings up here in Canada, and I want to spend time with my family and eat ! (food is such a social thing)


I technically haven't ate yet but I will later today with a veggie sandwhich and a rhinestone soup!

now going to start hitting the gym with a new perspective on things

I been water fasting on the weekends for two months longest I've gone was about 3 days.

During the week I try to intermittently fast. Couple weeks ago I ate once a day nothing but meat during the week. Best I've felt in atleast 5 years. You come off the fast and the food you eat feels so much different like you feel your body absorbing it rather than just processing it. I was getting the meat sweats with energy rather than blowing up the bathroom.

Congratulations. The best part about fasting is the perspective it gives you mentally. It also definitely resets your body.
This is what I was more interested on since I've done this before I know you lose weight but the mental aspect is the best part to me fasting had me on some near "limitless" sh*t and made me look at my life and how to change it for the better I want to do it again but with work it's kinda hard

Good stuff my g, i eat once a day myself and its mostly salad with fruit on the side. I also limit my carb intake and also workout. Lifting weights of course but pushups and using battle ropes will tone you up.

I add Himalayan salt to my water whilst fasting so im getting electrolytes . I even started wearing these lil healing crystals, i fast for the same reason man to focus on my goals and prove to thy self mind over matter aint a damn thing i can't do.... ya feel me

Congrats man. Love that you did it for the long run and not a quick fix.

I would love to try this now but my girl and I are going on vacation and visiting her family soon so I know it’s going to derail all of that so I think next month.

My body does this thing where if I don’t eat I have to go num2 (does anyone else body do this?) But I know if I do drink the coffee it’s going to send me to the toilet anyway lol.

I'll break down the quick benefits of water fasting for some of y'all so basically fasting just makes you better as a whole

1. It's a good test to see where your discipline is at it's not easy to know you can go to your kitchen or some restaurant and get food but willingly choosing not 2

2. Since your body isn't using energy to constantly break down and digest the food you are constantly eating every day that energy goes to other places that might need it more

3. You can can expirence some of the clearest thinking you ever had without the use of drugs some silicone valley n*ggas hopped on the wave for this reason



4. It's a good way of resetting your hunger or diet it gives you a real understanding of when your actually hungry vs when you just want to eat to eat

There's other benefits but those are some of the best and obviously losing weight but it's not for everybody particular if your anemic so if you got a health condition you should probably do some research before you do it but I'd recommend 5-7 days as a good start just 3 days is cool 2 if you just want to try it

Oh yeah this should be obvious but your body just uses the fat you have stored as energy it's weird but by like day 3 you'll have mad energy but it's different from what you'd get after eating it feels more pure you feel lighter on your feet and it affects your mood in a positive way lol basically water fasting is a hack if you know how to do it right
