I peel my bananas, put them in a ziplock bag and toss them in the freezer. I also have a fruit and vegetable container that helps them last longer.

none. I try to just eat a variety of colors in veggies and fruit to hit all the micronutrients

Something about a pill ever since I was a kid is unsettling to me. Just a preference though.

if i go hard in the gym then my muscles may cramp up or become really tense so the magnesium helps relax those muscles which also helps me sleep better

My shoulder swelled up on me about a month ago, the dr. prescribed me predisone and a pain k*ller, I had to take 3 just to knock out the first night I was in so much pain, about 3 days in I felt the same, I started reading alot and kept trying holistic remedies, tumeric, b complex and then I read about magnesium malate, I actually had happened to buy some a while ago (bc I kept getting an eyelid twitch), I took that immediately, no lie within like an hour to hour and a half I could feel my shoulder loosening up and me being able to move it, it was amazing, probably took 3 full days for me to regain mobility in my right arm. I don't take it everyday but I try to take it way more often now especially when I hit the steam room also after workouts or playing b-ball. I need to start foam rolling more often, too. Kinda stopped after I saw a few videos saying not to roll your I.T. band, I'll still do my calves, shins, glutes and mid/upper back from time to time. The source naturals magnesium malate is what I copped, a little pricey but well worth it. Definitely helps.

Yea I randomly came across it I don’t even remember how but it definitely helps a lot
