These cats couldn't call the last one, I wouldn't take advice from them relating to the next one.

Yes, we're in the beginning stages of a recession, they just haven't announced it yet. Instead of continuing to raise rates, they lowered them several times this year AND they've been injecting liquidity into the system on a nightly basis since September. These are both the tactics of a FED desperate to save the economy. They haven't done either of these things since the last recession. When this thing really kicks off it's gonna be nasty.

All facts. CEOs are dumping shares and big companies are hoarding cash instead of investing. They know what’s up. It will hit us hard sometime between now and the first half of 2021. Save as much money as you can now and get on a budget.

Hey family, you said the are lowering rates. What rates might that be? Cause me and my wife are planning on buy some cheap rental properties after tax season.

Low 4’s, high 3’s primary mortgages. Probably 5’s for investment mortgages.

That's because the federal reserve lowered interest rates.

Thanks for your concern brother but it's not gonna effect anyone immediately. Still a long ways off. Automated trucks aren't gonna be backing into these tight a*s docks or driving on these tight roads anytime soon. I have a 5 year plan in place anyway, trucking is a mean to an end for me.

Autonomous trucking on public roads is not happening in our lifetime. The technology is not there and won't be there for a very, very long time.

I worked at Otto 3 years ago. The beer run was just a publicity stunt. It couldn't drive longer than a mile without dropping out of self driving mode. What you don't see in the video is that the Otto truck had police escorts front and back to clear stretches of highway so that they could capture video of it driving driverlessly for a few seconds.

Not a single one of these trucks made any deliveries by themselves.

Stock market rose really high to end the year though. That's usually a good sign heading into next year but I almost feel like it's a set up. But at the same time, it just keeps rising. We will see.

theyve been printing money just like during the recession for a few months now or so. something like a half trillion. debts national and state are at all time highs. stock market is in the longest bull market in history. trade wars ongoing, us dollar gaining some value. also gold and silver have been having a great year kinda quietly. almost all the eyes are focused on the stock market gains.

imo the stock market or rather the economy is waiting for a black swan event to crash it. maybe an impeachment or something. all the markets seem irrational to me. gold, silver, stock markets, and us dollar going up. lol. debt also going up. how.

Automation of trucks is nothing but trying to sell technology to investors. Simple reason is infrastructure is not designed for them.

Can you really picture million trucks driving by themselves at 80k pounds down American highways full of too many variables?

All it takes is a leaf to hit that camera sensor and throw everything apart.

As far as recession goes. Credit cards have been maxed out. Houses have been bought and restored to the best of the owners abilities. Car prices are at a all time high unless you’re looking for a real real beater.

However wages, do not compliment all these prices. The people that invested and worked are also getting older, it’s been over a decade since last recession. They will be hitting the hospital soon, and bills are being affected. Young college students are so much in debt, there’s no need to talk about it since it’s well known, and through all of this were still going through the transaction of online shopping compared to your traditional go to the mall shopping. This all costs money.

The guidance of this country isn’t in real good hands, and I do not see any candidates to guide it better for the future so far. Just recycled climate, blah blah bullsh*t.

So yes, we actually are in recession, it just hasn’t been felt yet.

First sign of this is the trucking industry. Shipping has become very cheap. This means too many drivers, but also not enough orders. Yet they screamed shortage of drivers. There is not enough of orders coming in. When we look at ports due to trade wars, ware houses, doesn’t even matter positions, if they aren’t making money, they’re losing jobs, even closing, and that means less tax money for the people in need, public services, etc. without all that money coming in and out, those houses are ready for foreclosure, cars ready for repo, insurances ready to go up, etc.

I hope who ever reads this has atleast $100,000 on bank, and a 720 credit at minimum with very small debt, because within a year you can actually invest properly and let money work for you.
