Try stretching your wrists

Look them up on YouTube no bs lots of gymnasts and hand balancers do them as a warm up

15 mins, it donít matter.

Itís all in the return. Working out. Is basically an investment in yourself. Everyday. Thatís the key. It wonít work, if you donít come back.

And no matter what you do, as long as you come back and do it again.
Youíll be ok.

Thatís with anything. The adults peers of my past have failed those of my time on the pursuit of greatness the ease in which one can attain it.


It all comes back to repetition.

You can get these bi#ches dawg.

Do ten pushups in the morning
Do ten at night, not to get you going.

But understand the discipline. The mind, YOU. Gotta develop your mind to deal with that sh1t too.

Go all out. You wonít wanna come back.

Go too soft, you wonít feel like you doing sh1t.

You just gotta get your mind adjusted to the habit of pain.

For 30 seconds. You gotta feel it. Get you some dumbbells. Accept it. This path. It will sculpt you. Into something better.


Once you realize the cumulative effect of repetition on the mind and body.

You can take the mental aspect out. Cause the unsureness of what youíre doing goes away, with you knowing the payoff will be there. Just gotta stick with it.


Get you some dumbbells.

Youll be fighting n1ggas in months time.

exactly repetition and grind and no matter what workout you gonna see results.

I'm doing a no equipment routine just some 35 dumbells push-ups core and squat lunges.

This way no matter where I am or the situation I got no excuse not too keep my routine all I need I some space on the floor.

The pain and work makes me adjust my diet. no fucn way I'm putting in the work just to wash it way with couple bad meals every day. lol

I get busy 3-4 times a week:

Calesthenics:
125 pull-ups
150 push-ups
150 dips
200 squats
200 sit-ups

2-3 sets on the weights:
Curl bar
Bicep iso
Tricep iso
Bench
Over head shoulder press

For the calis (calisthenics) how many sets you do for each exercise?

I really gotta improve on my pull-ups again.

Last year I was on it but I fell back (not fell off) when the fall/winter hit.

Oh and what are some tips you can share to increase the amount of pull-ups you do each set? My brother said even if you do 3 sets of 1, just keep working your way towards doing more reps each time but it took me like a good 3 to 4 months to hit 10 a clip.

Plus my weight goes up and down too.

Anytime im working out and I donít feel like listening to music, I always put these on


I actually just started incorporating shorties being that Iíve been hearing a lot about them, especially with ďprison styleĒ workouts. If im doing 100 push-ups, 50 will be shorties.


Some times I donít take breaks, if Iím done with a set, I do 10 slow rep push-ups then get back to it. I may use shorties instead now

One of the BEST push-ups to do is putting your chest ON the ground, raising hands off the ground, and pushing off as you would normally.


This works the chest more because u can look it like this; if u drive your car to a wall, and hit the gas, not much damn will be done to the car. Thatís a regular push-up

Now if you drive your car INTO a wall, more damage. Thatís the idea of puttin ur chest on the ground and raising ur hands up.


Trust me, u will feel it a lot!!

Did the pushups using his technique and it felt great. I usually do have wrist pain towards the end of my calisthenics routine i do every friday but not this time

My shoulders feel great too, ive been having some problems in recent weeks with them so for now i stopped doing dips and instead did 3 sets of chin ups with my hands close together, 2 sets of diamond pushups and a set of tricep pushups
