It’s all in the return. Working out. Is basically an investment in yourself. Everyday. That’s the key. It won’t work, if you don’t come back.

And no matter what you do, as long as you come back and do it again.
You’ll be ok.

That’s with anything. The adults peers of my past have failed those of my time on the pursuit of greatness the ease in which one can attain it.


It all comes back to repetition.

You can get these bi#ches dawg.

Do ten pushups in the morning
Do ten at night, not to get you going.

But understand the discipline. The mind, YOU. Gotta develop your mind to deal with that sh1t too.

Go all out. You won’t wanna come back.

Go too soft, you won’t feel like you doing sh1t.

You just gotta get your mind adjusted to the habit of pain.

For 30 seconds. You gotta feel it. Get you some dumbbells. Accept it. This path. It will sculpt you. Into something better.


Once you realize the cumulative effect of repetition on the mind and body.

You can take the mental aspect out. Cause the unsureness of what you’re doing goes away, with you knowing the payoff will be there. Just gotta stick with it.


Get you some dumbbells.
An google dumbbell exercises.


Youll be fighting n1ggas in months time.

Push ups and pull ups do a lot for you

I admit I’m not the most brolic looking cat, I got that slim fighter/soccer/basketball player build. But I made it a habit of doing push ups and pull ups over the last 15 years. When I see people have trouble doing both but can lift up weights and are brolic af I think to myself vanity wins with most people.
