A lot of people rock when standing. Being on the knees puts more focus on doing the exercise without cheating yourself.

People don't get that big, while being that lean without being on PEDs. There's a slim chance he's the .000001% that can do it naturally, but more than likely he's not. The only thing that's holding me back from saying he's 100% on PEDs is that his delts don't have the crazy size that most of them have, but it could just be his biceps are so huge it's throwing me off.

Does anyone know the best method for healing from golfers elbow?

I havent done regular bicep curls for a few months because of it. I can still do hammer curls without any pain. I also do alot of isometric training for the biceps to work around the injury but it would be nice to be able to do curls again. When i can i will add the curls he did with the dumbbells touching side by side

It's wild people don't realize that consistency in the gym and proper nutrition 6 times a day will get you these results. And if you're in the gym regularly, you should know that every dude of stature you see in there often with you isn't on the sauce.

It's called discipline and dedication. You can literally go to his page and see what he was on in the last 5 years prior to having proper nutrition.

Most of us don't have the time or capacity to meal prep and do what it takes day in and out/weekly to do what some of these cats are doing. It's their job as they're monetizing their pages and coaching routines, so it makes sense when you look at it from that perspective. Food is the key to health. 2,500+ calories a day and proper work will take you to unbelievable heights.

Every NFL player can't be shooting up roids to get where they are. They squat 500+ lbs. and WORK.
