Not always. A Non lost 40 pounds on a diet and looked like an African refugee. The mistake was not lifting well or supplementing meals with adequate nutrition.

Just keep in mind. Keto isn't for everyone. Many people need carbs. Carbs( complex nutrient dense carbs, not refined) also help in keeping you hydrated. You'll also lose more electrolytes on Keto. I'd say just eat a balanced diet. Carbs aren't that bad, especially if you're eating the right kind.

no working out and excerise does. i mean diet helps you lose weight. and when your skinnier it makes you look good and better.

i look like a crackhead and zombie. but working out makes me looks like soulja boy. skinny muscles.

but diet plays a huge part.


and n*gga fu*k yaw. i made about 100 threads on healthy delicious snacks and food and yaw refuse to comment and answer so fu*k yaw.

okay

i feel you pain. i go through the same thang. i love chinese food and junk food too.

but what you have to do is dietfor 4 days. and thenhave maybe 1 or 2 cheat days. if you got a good metalbiosm or takelaxitives. then maybe 3.

eat aroudn 700 calories a day. you can do it and still eat 3 meals. but have those healthy choice,smart ones or low calorie frozen food healthy meals that are like

150 or 190 per meal.

then you can have enlighten ice cream bars that are 70caloires per bar.

then you can have healthy crackers or snacks that are 44 crackers or 25 chips for 150 calories.

but totell you the truth. nope.

fasting,excerising and 700 calories is the only way.

Wendy's has minimal choice on "healthy eating," but most Chinese spots have healthy options (set aside MSG): Steamed shrimp with veggies and rice, chicken teriyaki with sauce on the side with rice, etc. Even if you chose to eat out often, there are ALWAYS healthy options to pick from... You just gotta encourage yourself and be conscious of the poisons you're choosing to eat.

Bro...keto will help you change your body composition no doubt there. But theres no shortcut to fat loss even keto u need to be disciplined. Takes you minimum 3 days to get into ketosis and then takes 8-12 weeks to get fat adapted. Discipline and consistency no matter what you do.
