Deron played well during the tourney, but I would argue he greatly exceeded expectations his during his tenure with Jazz.
Nah, Deron was regarded the highest of the three but if you watched the games and didn't know that you'd think guys like Luther Head and Dee Brown were the main dudes.

He was drafted before Chris Paul, who was highly regarded at the time. I do agree that Deron surpassed his expectations though.
