I'd also suggest in relation to dehydration that you keep up with your electrolytes. That way the water gets where it should be. Many People just focus on fluids and not that minerals that carry the fluid. Plenty of sodium, potassium, magnesium and calcium from food. Alot of people are walkin around with health problems and the root of it is undetected chronic dehydration that went on for years and manifested into another health problem. When you're a kid, you can get away with it. When you're a fully developed adult with an actual life, you have to take it more serious.
