Bodyweight reduces injuries and stiffness as well. I was 6'1 160lbs now I stay at a solid 190-195 in summer and 205 in winter. Looking to put on 20lbs this off-season and get up to 225

Yeah I'm 34 now and I'm starting to veer towards calisthenics more for long term benefits. Just maintaining core stability and posture alone. Seeing these 50+ yr olds upright a solid off of calisthenics doing strict form muscle ups no swinging and 100 burpees is more impressive to me than lifting heavy weight.
